First Person

I have a new attribute I now go by Ma’at which means truth and justice I think that my given name has reached it’s climactic point and it is time for a rebirth. My previous attribute meant Queen or Ruler I think I have lived that name through it’s time to elevate to the next level hence the new name. Ma’at is the Name of an Egyptian Goddess. My aim is to shed this mortal skin and elevate to the realm of the Most High. So if you see me out there in the world Call me Ma’at ( Muh-Ah-Tuh) practice makes perfect. I am sure those of you who have been keeping up with me have been wondering why the transformation.. I have grown out of religion and into straight facts I am Muslim by definition (one who is of peace) but not by social construct. If you wish to know moore ask a question…

I’m pretty sure I qualify for graduation from Manor college even though technically I’ll be transferring to Dixon school of nursing…I figure why go through the ceremony if I’m not technically done…
So the question is….to graduate or not to graduate??
I’m leaning twords the NOT…
why graduate if it’s not over yet??

School started back up Monday, the baby was born Sunday….an experience in itself….
I’m kind of happy to be back to the school routine. I was a little apprehensive about taking anatomy and Micro together but I think I’ll actually be fine….I’ll have to cut back on some social interactions and bury my head in some text books but I’m confident I can do it….Can we do it? YES WE CAN!!! as you can tell I’ve been having a good day :-) I’ve been outlet-ing my talents in so may ways I’m feeling artsy lets make something! it’s hard waiting on others to lift your spirits “Lets Get Lifted” Happy happy Joy Joy”

Malikka Has a 3.0 Gpa and 2 B’s (Anatomy and Physiology/ Nutrition)
This semester has been stressful to a degree unreal….so for that I am proud of myself
I SO NEED A VACATION…..anyone out there have a timeshare they’re willing to share?

This Wednesday I go for my interview at Dixon …I’m kinda “Blah” lol not nervous or excited just
grateful ….and ready for it to begin so that it can end ( if that makes sense)

My Doula Client is due any day now I’m waiting patiently ( sooo excited!)

I just got back from a lovely weekend in Ga…
